Trail goes through oaks & pines.
From U.S. 301 go east on county road 218 to Long Horn Road, turn left and go 1 mile to trail parking located to the east of Jennings State Forest Headquarters. From state road 21 go west on county road 218 to Long Horn Road, turn right and follow previous directions to trailhead.
